We also realize the importance of robust security during financial transactions. We utilize Apple’s most up-to-date protocols for in-app purchases and prompt users to confirm purchases before they are charged. Within this system, Apple keeps all customer financial information to ensure privacy and is the party responsible for confirming each transaction.

We realize that this process is not perfect and there may be circumstances under which a customer could purchase an item inadvertently. This is specifically known to occur after a user has entered his or her password, for example, to download an app initially. Apple stores this password information for a period of time. During this time, it is possible to make purchases without further authentication and though the service is place as a convenience to the customer it can result in inadvertent purchases. This is actually an android market bug. It can be solved by either downgrading your android market (not recommended) or rebooting your device.

If you can’t access your game to register your email to link the game accounts, simply send us an email at support@mindstormstudios.com with the email address that you would like to register and the UDID of your first device and we can register it for you.

Our games are supported on the iPad and the Android platform.

In order to ensure that you game state is never lost it is essential that you save your username and PIN number. You can do this by going to Menu->Options. There you will find your username and PIN listed at the bottom of the screen (along with a handy, ‘e-mail it to me’ button). If in the future you wish to recover your account, all you have to do is come to the same screen and enter this information.

That error is actually an Operating System version error. Mafia Farm works on Android OS 2.1 and above. Updating your OS should solve the problem.

To find your receipts: Launch iTunes > Click on the iTunes Store on the left hand side > Click on your email account on the upper right corner > Enter the password for your iTunes account > Click on Purchase History

Generally when there are problems downloading or updating apps from the App Store, that is a problem with Apple’s servers. We only develop applications that are available for download from Apple’s App Store servers and sometimes there are problems with their servers which we cannot directly fix. If you find yourself not being able to download one of our apps from the App Store, one thing you may try is to restart your device by turning it off and then back on, and then try the download again. You can also try to download the app on your computer from iTunes and then sync the app to your device. Either of these 2 suggestions should work if you are having trouble downloading our apps, but if they don’t, please contact Apple Support for further assistance.

In order to move objects tap the menu button, this should show the design button on the bottom left of the screen. Tapping the design button will allow you move objects around by simply tapping on an object and dragging it where you wish. You can also store, sell and rotate objects after you tap on them via the contextual menu.

Our games allow you to level up by accumulating experience points. Higher levels unlock new content and allow you to do more. Experience is generally gained by farming, raiding and doing jobs.

Each of the stats has the following effects:
• Attack: Increases the attack strength of your mafia. Useful for raiding.
• Defense: Increases the defense strength of your mafia. Useful for defense against raids.
• Energy: Increases your mafia’s energy total. Energy is needed to do jobs.
• Stamina: Increases your mafia’s stamina total. Allows you to raid more often.
• Health: Increase your mafia’s hit points. Enables you take more hits without getting wounded.

Both of these are unlocked gradually as you level. It’s important to note that Villains also add to your Mob size and can also carry a weapon, armor and use a vehicle in addition to have their own attack and defense stats.

The game is designed to encourage you to enjoy all aspects of it. Doing jobs, farming and going on raids all give XP and gold. Raiding is the fastest way to get XP provided your Mob is well equipped and wins regularly.

Each of your mobsters can carry one weapon, wear one armor item and ride one vehicle. Your attack strength is calculated as a sum of your mobster’s attack and then adjusted to take into account your attack and reputation.

Raids can be pretty competitive since you are fighting against other players. The best way to win at raids is to ensure that you always have the maximum mob size at your level, including as many villains as you can afford. Armed with the best weapons, armor and vehicles you should be able to win with ease. The best way to stop attack on your farm is to invest in defensive structures. Even building a few can make a huge difference.

Reputation offers you a hidden modifier on your total attack and defense strength. Each level has a cap to how much reputation can benefit you, but it carries over to your next level so build away. Reputation is Mafia Farm’s way of rewarding players who invest time in building attractive farms with varied items and themes.
